The platform
One platform. Every part of your business.
Luxury Lab is the operating system for luxury real estate agents: your website, marketing, listings, relationships, transactions, and daily work in one place — and an assistant who operates across all of it.
Just signed 41 Meadow Lane — launch it quietly at $6.2M.
Done. The listing is drafted, the page is staged, and three buyers in your book match.
Want the launch kit — brochure, email, socials?
Your AI assistant
Ask. Elle gets to work.
Text her from a showing, call her from the car, chat at your desk. Elle creates listings, drafts marketing, prepares replies, updates records, matches buyers, and organizes your day — inside the same tools you use.
She creates
Listings, property pages, marketing, emails, social content, and client communications.
She takes action
Her work appears in Luxury Lab ready for your review — never text to copy somewhere else.
She remembers
Conversations, preferences, and decisions stay connected across chat, text, and voice.
She waits for you
Client replies stay drafts; pages wait for approval; consequential actions ask first.
Your digital presence
A website designed to win business.
Established on day one, current on its own, and carrying no brand but yours — on your own domain, certificates and search indexing handled.

Showings run on your real availability, land on your connected calendar, and stay in sync through changes and cancellations.
Your relationships
A CRM you don't have to babysit.
Leads file themselves with their source. Follow-up runs on plans in your voice. Buyers match against new listings and price changes. Deals advance on dated steps.
Every contact in one place
Leads, clients, and partners with their conversations and activity.
Transactions on real dates
Contracts, inspections, appraisals, and closings — counted down, never lost.
Workflows

You, driving
“What did Priya ask about the dock on Tuesday?”
Elle
“Whether it's deeded — it is. She's free Saturday; shall I offer eleven o'clock?”
Compliance-ready e-signature
Contracts signed, sealed, and on the record.
Send a listing agreement, a buyer representation, or a purchase contract from the deal. Each party signs from a personal link; the signed copy comes back sealed, with its certificate of completion, and the deal moves on.
Built to ESIGN and UETA
Consent to electronic records, stated intent at signing, and a signed copy every party can keep — the elements the law asks for, recorded rather than assumed.
Every signer identified
A personal link for each party, an optional access code you share separately, and the time, network address, and device behind every view and signature.
A tamper-evident record
A hash-chained audit trail, SHA-256 fingerprints of the original and the sealed copy, and a certificate of completion appended to the signed document.
Verifiable by anyone
Hand the signed copy to a broker, a lender, or a client — a public page confirms it is the exact file sealed at completion, without uploading it.
A signed contract starts the closing timeline on its own, and paper signed anywhere else — DocuSign, Dropbox Sign, your forms library — stays on the deal's ledger beside it.
Every morning
Start the day knowing what matters.
Showings, matches, replies waiting, dates closing in, and the clients drifting quiet — one brief, with the work already staged. No meaningful updates, no unnecessary email.
Good morning, Alexandra.

Asked, answered.
Does Luxury Lab replace my CRM?
It can. Luxury Lab includes contact management, follow-up, buyer matching, tasks, and transaction tracking.
You can also connect Follow Up Boss, Lofty, Salesforce, or HubSpot and continue using your existing CRM.
How do my listings get into Luxury Lab?
Under a brokerage account, Luxury Lab syncs your listings from the brokerage’s MLS feed automatically — the licence is held once, and each agent’s id attaches to it.
You can also create a listing manually or ask Elle to create one from an address, price, description, and photographs.
Will everything carry my branding?
Yes. Your website, property pages, documents, emails, and marketing materials use your name, logo, colors, typography, domain, and compliance information.
Nothing of ours appears on your public pages — no badge, no “powered by.” On your own domain, search engines and AI assistants read your site, your listings, and your sitemap under your name alone.
Are documents signed through Luxury Lab legally valid?
Luxury Lab's e-signature is built to the framework the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA set out: each signer consents to electronic records before signing, states their intent at the moment of signing, and is identified by a personal link and, if you choose, an access code you share separately. Every view and signature is recorded with its time, network address, and device in a hash-chained audit trail, and the completed document is sealed with a certificate of completion and a fingerprint anyone can verify.
That is the record courts and brokerages ask for. It is not legal advice: some instruments are excluded by statute or require notarization, and your state and brokerage set their own record-keeping rules. Check those, and keep using your forms library for association forms — you can sign the PDFs it produces here.
Is my client information private?
Your workspace and client information are isolated from other Luxury Lab accounts. Your data is not shared with other agents or sold.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Luxury Lab is designed to be used visually or through a normal conversation with Elle.
