Terms

These terms govern your use of Luxury Lab. By creating an account, starting a demo, or subscribing, you agree to them. If you are signing up on behalf of a brokerage or team, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

You must be a real estate professional, or work for one, and be old enough to enter a contract. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself — a membership is one person. You are responsible for everything done under your account, and for the accuracy of what you publish through it.

• Solo — $49/month. The whole platform.
• Signature — $99/month. Adds fully custom design.
• Brokerages and teams are billed per seat under a separate agreement.

Subscriptions are monthly, charged in advance, and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time and your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

A demo workspace is free and comes filled with sample material. When you subscribe, the sample book is cleared and the workspace becomes yours to fill.

Your content is yours — your listings, brand, writing, photographs, client records, and the marketing pieces produced in your workspace. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store, process, and display that content for you and, where you publish it, to the public.

The platform itself — the software, design, templates, and the Luxury Lab name and marks — remains ours. Your subscription is a license to use it, not a transfer of it.

Elle drafts copy, designs, and suggestions from the material in your workspace. Generated work is a draft, not a finished professional product. It can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable.

You are the licensed professional: review everything before it goes out. In particular, listing copy, advertising, and client communications must comply with fair housing law, your MLS and association rules, and your state’s advertising and disclosure requirements. Nothing the platform produces is legal, financial, or tax advice.

When you connect an MLS or IDX feed, you confirm you are entitled to display that data and will follow the feed provider’s rules on display, attribution, and refresh. We synchronize what your feed gives us; the feed remains the source of truth, and we are not responsible for its accuracy.

The same goes for the calendar, email, and CRM services you connect: your use of them stays subject to their own terms.

If you use the platform to email, text, or call your contacts, you are the sender. You are responsible for having the consent those channels require — including, in the United States, telephone consumer protection rules for text and voice — and for honoring opt-outs promptly. We provide unsubscribe handling on marketing email and will suspend sending that appears to be unlawful or abusive.

Do not use Luxury Lab to:

• Break the law, or violate fair housing, advertising, or licensing rules.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to, including photography you have not licensed.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or import contact lists you have no relationship with.
• Probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service, or resell it as your own.
• Store data for anyone other than your own real estate business.

We work to keep the platform up and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance happens, and outside services we depend on can fail. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

You may cancel or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the platform or other customers at risk. You can export your data before you go, and we will keep it available for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can.

We may update these terms as the product changes; material changes come with notice before they take effect, and continuing to use the platform means accepting them.
